day trip to ventimiglia...

Every Friday morning, the Ventimiglia, Italy has a huge market.  It's blocks and blocks full of clothing, purses, household items, and of course, delicious Italian foods!  Here are some of the sights.

 

 

pasta available in hilarious shapes and varieties.  we bought the black one (squid ink flavour), some teddy bears, and some tricolour vegetable male anatomy.  ha ha couldn't resist.

 and i highly recommend the gelato. incredible.
